Job Description
The Community Engagement Coordinator advances MPR|APM’s priority initiatives aimed at audience growth, increased connections to Friends and Members, in-person events, and online content highlighting MPR’s programming that reflect all of Minnesota. The Community Engagement Coordinator will work to strengthen volunteerism at MPR|APM, be visible at fairs, festivals, and other events across the state of Minnesota, and be a booster/manager for educational and community organizing activities. This entry-level role will manage the day-to-day infrastructure that enables accessible, welcoming, and well-organized volunteer and community engagement including tracking expenses, documenting contacts with volunteers, event set up, ordering needed supplies, etc.
