Job Description
What You'll Do
- Facilitate structured technical training programs for Superintendents, Project Managers, and Estimators — delivering curriculum that is practical, field-relevant, and built for professionals who learn by doing
- Partner with operations leadership to assess training needs and close skill gaps across the project delivery team
- Support the development and refinement of training materials, exercises, and performance assessments — bringing your own operational experience to make the content sharper and more effective
- Observe field operations, project sites, and estimating workflows to stay grounded in how the work actually gets done — and translate that into training that sticks
- Track participant progress and provide coaching and feedback throughout the training cycle
- Help establish consistent standards across Riggs Distler's project delivery disciplines, contributing to a more capable and scalable workforce
- Support other training programs and initiatives as requested
