Location: 100 V‑Twin Drive, Gettysburg, PA 17325 (with occasional local travel)

You won’t just process paperwork; you’ll build relationships, support meaningful employee programs, and ensure every team member feels valued and supported. This is a role where your attention to detail, your professionalism, and your people‑first mindset will shine.
What You’ll Do
Lead Payroll Accuracy — Manage biweekly payroll in ADP Workforce Now, ensuring every employee is paid accurately and on time.
Own HRIS Data Integrity — Enter and maintain employee data, including promotions, transfers, separations, and time‑off policies.
Create a Great First Impression — Coordinate the full new‑hire process, from paperwork and I‑9s to E‑Verify and orientation materials.
Support Employees With Care — Respond to questions about payroll, benefits, policies, and job openings with clarity and professionalism.
Keep Our Records Strong — Maintain personnel files, organizational charts, and employee directories.
Enhance Our Culture — Assist with or lead engagement events like recognition breakfasts and the annual employee picnic.
Manage Key Processes — Complete employment and income verifications and oversee the organization’s notary process.
Support HR Projects — Contribute to wellness initiatives, engagement programs, and other HR projects that strengthen our workplace.
Perform additional HR duties as needed.
What You Bring
At least one year of HR experience, including payroll processing and HRIS work
Bachelor’s degree in HR preferred
Knowledge of HR laws, policies, and procedures
Experience with HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
