Bachelor’s degree, similar or higher with focus on electrical engineering.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience with a strong focus on wind industry, high voltage (transformer and switch gear) technology and electrical machines
Proven track record in service‑oriented operations with strong customer engagement; extensive experience in customer and supplier interface management, supplier audits, and conducting root cause analyses (RCA)
HSE awareness that shows in your daily approach to your role
Very strong organizational, negotiation and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple topics and priorities simultaneously; experience with the 8D methodology is considered a plus.
High level of commitment and dedication to deliver high quality
Fluent English language skills. Spanish language skills are welcome
