1. Community Outreach & Relationship Building
- Build and maintain partnerships with local schools, daycare centers, PTAs, and community organizations
- Coordinate outreach efforts across school districts in the Bay Area
- Serve as a key point of contact between Think Academy and educational partners
2. Event Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute school-based events such as Math Nights, workshops, information sessions, and parent engagement activities
- Represent Think Academy at tabling events, school fairs, and community events
- Manage event logistics, marketing materials, and on-site coordination
3. Marketing & Enrollment Support
- Promote Think Academy programs to parents and students through in-person outreach and engagement
- Support student recruitment, lead generation, and enrollment growth initiatives
- Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to align outreach strategies
4. Brand Awareness & Local Presence
- Increase Think Academy’s visibility within local education communities
- Identify new partnership and outreach opportunities to expand community reach
- Gather feedback from families and schools to improve outreach effectiveness and parent experience
