Seasonal Construction Superintendent

The Seasonal Construction Superintendent is responsible for inspections, estimates, and construction project management of new residential rental home purchases and Homes recently vacated and in the turn process.  This employee must be able to quickly assess the physical attributes of residential homes and make sound real estate investment decisions in a fast-paced work environment, in a variety of weather conditions including inclement weather.
