Job Description
2nd Shift; Mon-Fri; 2 PM - 10 PM
General Purpose
Properly melt and transfer product (butter) to the correct holding tank. Minimize loss by proper draining.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain complete and accurate records on product produced
- Assist operator in packaging of finished product and other duties where needed
- Maintain a clean working area and ensure all equipment is cleaned properly
- Ensure all product is labeled, and code date is correct before moving to storage
- Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
- Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements
- Attend required training, including but not limited to: GMP’s HAACP, SQF, and Safety
