Job Description
This role is ideal for a marketing professional interested in digital marketing, communications, and brand support within a technical, professional services environment. The Marketing Coordinator will focus on website content, social media, brand consistency, event coordination, and communications, while also leading Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) and proposals when necessary. This role will coordinate workflows, content and production across marketing efforts while working closely with firm leadership and engineering project managers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and update website content
- Draft and edit short-form content for website, digital media and communications
- Coordinate content updates with internal staff to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Assist with basic website analytics and reporting; coordinate with outside web or SEO vendors as needed
- Lead internal and external event coordination (company events, service opportunities, networking, etc.) to promote company culture
- Maintain brand standards across digital and print materials.
- Format and update marketing collateral such as project sheets, resumes, and presentation materials.
- Lead production of Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) and proposals, to include content generation, formatting, compilation and submission
- Assist HR with the execution of recruitment marketing strategy and staff training
- Assist with other general administrative tasks as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Strong written communication and editing/formatting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- 1+ years of relevant marketing or communications
- Experience with Adobe InDesign, Canva or relevant graphic design tools preferred
