Industrial Engineer - Staffing Solutions (Remote + 50% Travel)

The Staffing Solutions Engineer is a senior client facing role responsible for designing pricing and implementing CPU and SOW labor solutions across logistics distribution manufacturing and fulfillment environments. This hands on consultative engineering role for someone who can walk a production floor perform time studies identify bottlenecks and translate operational insight into profitable scalable workforce models. The role owns the full solution lifecycle: diagnostics and financial modeling - go live and continuous improvement and remains accountable for productivity efficiency and margin performance. Ideal candidate has Industrial Engineering experience in managed services or outcome based labor models and are comfortable operating in complex high accountability environments.
