Trustbridge Hospice, part of Empath Health, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Admissions Manager (RN) to provide clinical leadership and operational oversight for our Admissions Department. This is a pivotal leadership role for a registered nurse who excels at guiding teams, driving process excellence, and ensuring patients and families experience a seamless, dignified transition into hospice and palliative care.
