Market Investor Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager (LA and TX)

CRE Portfolio Manager will be responsible for preparing comprehensive credit analyses on non-owner occupied commercial real estate loans that facilitate the credit approval process. The Portfolio Manager should have a thorough understanding of various types of lending facilities as well as commercial real estate product types. In addition, the Portfolio Manager will be responsible for monitoring the real estate portfolio including, but not limited to, periodic review and analysis of financial information, identification of negative trends, and preparation of covenant checks in support of the commercial lending function. Market/Investor CRE Underwriting Manager to provide production goals based upon needed level of supervision and complexity of deal flow.
