Developmental Services Director of Residential, Quality and Compliance

Member of the developmental services leadership team, providing strategic oversight and leadership to the residential services programs. This position holds primary supervisory responsibility within Developmental Services and collaborates closely with Operations, Quality, and Compliance (OQC) teams to ensure coordinated, effective and compliant service delivery, attend staff meetings and have a supervisory line to them. This role is responsible for advancing the agency’s strategic plan.
