Position: Communication with Refugees Advisor Duty station: Chișinău, Moldova (and field visits within Moldova) Duration and type of contract: fixed-term contract until 31.12.26 with possibility of extension Reports to: Head of Interethnic Relations Policy Section at the Ministry of Education and Research & NORCAP Education Thematic Manager

The overall aim of the position is to strengthen the institutional capacity of the Ministry of Education and Research (MER) to improve access to clear, accurate and timely information for refugee families, increase enrolment and integration of refugee children into the Moldovan education system, and strengthen two-way communication and trust with refugee communities.
