Operations Team Member

Pet Aftercare Services | Compassion-Driven Role

Do you have a passion for pets and take pride in meaningful work that helps families during difficult moments?

We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented Operations Team Member to join our Care Center team. In this hands-on role, you will help provide dignified aftercare services for beloved pets while supporting pet parents with care, respect, and professionalism.

Working alongside a close-knit and supportive team, you’ll play an important role in ensuring every pet is treated with compassion and every memorial item is handled with excellence.

What You’ll Do

As an Operations Team Member, your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Operating cremation equipment (retort) with care and attention
  • Creating and packaging paw prints and memorial keepsakes
  • Engraving plaques and personalized memorial items
  • Processing and packaging cremated remains with accuracy and dignity
  • Performing quality control checks to ensure exceptional service standards
  • Monitoring equipment performance and submitting maintenance requests as needed
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Following all safety and operational procedures
  • Supporting additional care center tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-related industry
  • Valid driver’s license may be required

Working Conditions

This is an active, physical role that includes:

  • Regular bending, kneeling, lifting, and repetitive motion
  • Lifting and moving up to 100+ lbs
  • Exposure to elevated heat and noise levels
  • Regular handling of deceased pets
