Operations Team Member
Help Families Honor Beloved Pets with Compassion and Care

We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented Operations Team Member to join our Care Center team. In this role, you’ll play an important part in providing dignified aftercare services for beloved pets while supporting pet parents with empathy and professionalism.
This is more than an operations position, it’s an opportunity to make a lasting difference for families and their cherished companions.
What You’ll Do
As part of our close-knit Operations Team, you will support the daily care center operations by performing a variety of hands-on responsibilities, including:
- Operating cremation equipment (retort) with care and precision
- Creating and packaging paw prints and memorial keepsakes
- Engraving plaques and memorial items
- Processing and packaging cremated remains with compassion and accuracy
- Performing quality control checks to ensure excellence in every step
- Monitoring equipment performance and reporting maintenance needs
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the care center
- Following all workplace safety procedures and protocols
- Supporting team goals and assisting with additional operational tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-related industry
- Valid driver’s license may be required

Working Environment
This role is active and hands-on. Team members should be comfortable with:
- Frequent lifting and moving of 100+ lbs
- Repetitive motion, bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
- Exposure to elevated heat and noise levels
- Working directly with deceased pets in a respectful and professional environment
