Manufacturing Operations Manager/Sr. Manager

The Manufacturing Operations Manager is responsible for leading the full lifecycle of medical device production, from design transfer acceptance to final shipment, with direct responsibility for Production, Warehouse/Materials, Manufacturing Engineering, and Process Development. As a member of the Quality and Operations Leadership Team, success will be achieved by working in close partnership with Quality, Sourcing, Global Supply Chain, and Engineering to drive Operational Excellence by promoting a continuous improvement culture, inspiring employee engagement, and motivating, supporting, and developing teams to achieve business goals.
