Director of Operations - Transmission

The Director of Transmission Operations reports to the VP of Transmission and Substation Operations and holds full accountability for the strategic leadership, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance of the transmission system. This role ensures seamless integration across engineering, planning, construction, maintenance, and system operations. The position is responsible for delivering safe, reliable, and cost-effective transmission services while driving innovation, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. The Director will lead major transmission projects, oversee emergency response coordination, and represent the company with external stakeholders including regulators, municipalities, and industry groups.
