TITLE: Corporate Clinical Recruiter

DEPARTMENT: Company Wide

LOCATION: Remote and/or Plymouth Meeting Corporate office

SUPERVISOR(S): CEO & Senior Director Administration

CLASSIFICATION: Salaried/Exempt

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F, 8:00 to 4:00; some evenings and weekends as needed for candidate follow-up, interviews, events

Our corporate headquarters in Plymouth Meeting, PA serves as the operational hub for recruitment, scheduling, credentialing, onboarding, and provider support across the organization. We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Corporate Clinical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for an experienced healthcare recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building lasting candidate relationships, and is passionate about helping anesthesia providers find meaningful career opportunities. The Corporate Clinical Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for anesthesiologists and CRNAs nationwide while partnering closely with operational and clinical leadership to support staffing growth initiatives and long-term workforce planning.

Position Overview

The Corporate Clinical Recruiter is responsible for developing and executing strategic recruiting initiatives to attract, engage, and hire high-quality anesthesia providers across UAS partner sites. This individual will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate relationship management, offer negotiation, and transition to onboarding. This role requires a proactive, consultative recruiter who can effectively balance high-volume recruiting activity with a personalized candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing & Screening:

  • Utilize recruiting platforms including HubSpot, Gasworks, Marit, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools to identify and engage prospective candidates.
  • Build long-term relationships with passive and active candidates to support current and future staffing needs.
  • Partner with leadership to understand workforce trends, hiring priorities, and market dynamics within UAS Divisions

2. Full-Cycle Recruiting:

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach through signed contract and onboarding transition.
  • Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess clinical qualifications, communication skills, cultural fit, and overall alignment with organizational needs.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clinical leadership, medical directors, and facility stakeholders.
  • Facilitate offer discussions, compensation conversations, and contract negotiations in collaboration with leadership.

3. Candidate Experience & Relationship Management

  •  Deliver a high-touch, positive candidate experience through timely communication and consistent follow-up.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Conduct post-placement follow-up calls with new hires to support successful integration and improve provider retention efforts.

4. Recruitment Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate candidate documentation and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM platforms.
  •  Track and report recruitment metrics including pipeline activity, interview outcomes, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.
  • Support recruitment marketing initiatives and employer branding efforts.
  • Assist with recruitment event planning, residency outreach, conferences, and career fairs as needed.

5. Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with credentialing, onboarding, scheduling, and operational teams to ensure seamless provider transitions and successful placements.
  •  Collaborate with leadership to identify staffing gaps and develop strategic recruiting plans for hard-to-fill positions.
  •  Attend Divisional Operating Committee/Corporate Board Meetings to report out on efforts as required

Qualifications

· Experience: 3-5 years previous experience in clinical recruiting, with specialized knowledge of the anesthesia specialty preferred.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources or a related field preferred.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)—Paycom preferred—and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and consultative approach
