Residential Sales Consultant

DEL-AIR Heating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration is a rapidly growing industry leader with seven locations serving Central Florida - Clermont, Davenport, Jacksonville, Melbourne, Sanford (headquarters), Sarasota, and Tampa. 

Primary Job Function: 

• Residential Sales Consultant's primary duty is to sell the company's products and services in a regional territory.
• You will be educating existing clients about our company and our products in a manner that leaves a favorable impression thereby obtaining sales for the company that are competitive and profitable.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years consultative sales experience with proven closing success in HVAC sales
• Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home
• Strong Computer Skills
• Strong Communication Skills
• Ability to use Company-furnished technology products
• Valid driver's license

Desired Qualifications:

• 5+ years' experience retail and HVAC sales
• Goal orientated with a strong desire to succeed
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Good writing skills
• Professional appearance
• Solid organizational and sales pipeline management skills
• Strong understanding of the psychology of sales
