Applied Research Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead a cloud and software development program. The Technical Program Manager (TPM) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering complex technical programs that span cloud infrastructure, application development, and system integration. This role serves as the bridge between engineering teams, product stakeholders, security, and leadership to ensure programs are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives. The TPM provides technical leadership, drives cross-functional collaboration, manages dependencies and risks, and ensures cloud and software solutions meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.
