The Regional Manager of Training plays a critical role in building organizational capability through highimpact training and development initiatives across assigned markets. This role is responsible for delivering compelling, results-oriented training programs that align with company goals and drive performance improvement across frontline and field leadership roles. The Regional Manager of Training partners closely with field operations to assess needs, deliver content, and coach leaders in best practices, while also contributing to content development, instructional design, and performance analysis. This role requires a dynamic facilitator with excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate operational goals into effective learning strategies.
