About this Position
Net at Work is seeking a strategic and operationally strong Practice Director to lead and scale our Sage Intacct Practice. This is a senior leadership role responsible for the overall success of the practice, including strategy, delivery excellence, client outcomes, team leadership, operational performance, and profitable growth.
The Practice Director will partner closely with Executive Leadership, Sales, Solution Engineering, Marketing, Client Experience, Finance, and Alliances to strengthen Net at Work’s Sage Intacct market position and client delivery capabilities.
This role requires a leader who can operate strategically while remaining close to the business operationally — someone who understands consulting delivery, practice economics, ERP implementations, and how to build scalable teams and processes in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the overall strategy, direction, and growth of the Sage Intacct Practice.
- Drive practice revenue, utilization, profitability, backlog management, and delivery performance.
- Oversee staffing strategy, forecasting, capacity planning, and operational KPIs.
- Ensure high-quality ERP implementations and strong client outcomes.
- Partner with Consulting Managers and delivery leaders to support project execution and escalation management.
- Improve operational processes, reporting visibility, and delivery governance.
- Lead, coach, and develop consulting and delivery leadership teams.
- Support hiring, onboarding, mentorship, and career development across the practice.
- Partner closely with Sales and Solution Engineering on opportunity qualification and delivery alignment.
- Collaborate with Marketing on go-to-market messaging and vertical positioning.
- Maintain strong relationships with Sage, strategic partners, and executive stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in ERP consulting, professional services, technology advisory, or practice leadership.
- Experience leading ERP consulting or implementation teams within a professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of delivery operations, utilization management, project margin, staffing models, and consulting economics.
- Experience with Sage Intacct or comparable cloud ERP/financial systems platforms preferred.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams within a matrixed organization.
- Strong executive communication, client management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
Preferred Background
- Sage Intacct consulting or partner ecosystem experience.
- Mid-market ERP consulting environment.
- Experience building scalable consulting practices and operational processes.
- Experience working with CFOs, Controllers, COOs, and executive stakeholders.
- Familiarity with implementation methodology, managed services, and professional services operations.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range: TBD.
This position is also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
