Job Description
The Global Demand Planner Lead is responsible for leading AFL’s global demand planning function and supporting the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process. This role builds and manages a high-performing team while driving forecast accuracy across a complex, multi-market portfolio.
Acting as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain, this leader ensures market insights are translated into actionable demand and financial plans that support global growth.
As the neutral owner of the demand signal, the role safeguards the integrity of the “one set of numbers,” ensuring forecasts reflect true market demand and are not influenced by capacity constraints, expedites, or commercial pressure.
