Sr RCM Director - Behavioral Healthcare (SUD & MH)

Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management to lead enterprise RCM operations across its national behavioral healthcare platform. This leader will partner closely with the VP and Associate VP of RCM while collaborating with the CEO, CFO, Clinical Operations, Compliance, and Finance. The role supports an established revenue cycle infrastructure and is focused on aligning clinical operations, utilization management, compliance, and finance to ensure reimbursement integrity, operational performance, and scalable growth across multi-state SUD, mental health, and telehealth programs.
