Maintenance Technician (Multi-Trade)

Overview:

Rocks Strategic Facilities is seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to support multiple restaurant locations. This role involves a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks, both interior and exterior, in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across restaurant locations

• Complete plumbing, electrical, and HVAC-related tasks

• Handle landscaping projects, tree trimming, and exterior upkeep

• Perform concrete and pavement work (minor repairs, patching, upkeep)

• Operate equipment such as a boom lift (up to 50’) for elevated work as needed

• Respond to service calls and assist with emergency repairs as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license

• Availability Monday–Friday with rotating weekend coverage

• Comfortable performing physically demanding work (digging, lifting, outdoor labor)

• Ability to stay organized with tools, materials, and receipts/documentation
