Right-of-Way Specialist (ROW)

In this role you will be responsible for supporting transportation, utility, and other infrastructure projects by assisting with negotiations and acquisitions of property interests. This role acquires and manages land rights (easements, temporary rights, and property purchases) needed for project delivery, while ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements and maintaining clear documentation for each parcel.
