Operate production equipment in an incentive-based environment to efficiently produce finished goods for supporting products for further processing.

- Coordinating assignments for the shift with lead and supevisor
- Operation monitoring
- Meeting and exceeding production goals
- Identifying maintenance issues
- Prioritizing material based on due dates
