Guest Services Representative (Part-time)

Summary The Guest Services Representative will assist Guests, Stores and Corporate Office needs while providing exceptional service and delivering results that contribute to the company mission. The Teammate in this position will be able to respond appropriately to stated and unstated Guest and Store needs and be able to escalate situations as needed. The Guest Services Representative handles confidential financial and personal information and must follow all Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance standards.
