This position will spearhead strategic market planning, identify emerging opportunities, lead high-impact pursuits using BC’s Plan to Win strategy, and support employee engagement and resource balancing to meet project delivery and growth objectives. Additionally, this role will play a key part in revenue growth, client development, and enterprise-wide alignment to meet business goals.
