Maintenance Supervisor- One Light Luxury Apartments

The Maintenance Supervisor will performs variety of skilled duties in one or more of the building trades, such as painting, carpentry, minor electrical, or other recognized crafts for the purpose of maintaining, repairing the building. Perform routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures throughout the community while performing a variety of skilled duties in one or more of the building trades, such as painting, make readies, carpentry, minor electrical, or other recognized crafts of maintaining and repair the community. Conducts all business in accordance with Company policies and procedures, state and federal laws; e.g., OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to apartments.
