PILOTS Caseworker - Torrington

The Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking an Outreach Caseworker to join our growing Planning and Implementing Housing Options for Long-term Success (PILOTS) team in Torrington, CT. Through this program, the Outreach Caseworker PILOTS staff will use a counseling approach that uses both motivational interviewing and harm-reduction.
