JOB DESCRIPTION AUTO GLASS BILLING REPRESENTATIVE   Brief Description   The Auto Glass Billing Representative is responsible for invoicing completed work orders from field technicians using our point-of-sale system. This includes but is not limited to verifying work order information, attaching recalibration pre scans/reports, processing credit card payments, posting payments to work orders, confirming rates, managing rejected invoices, part accuracy, insurance rates confirmation, maintaining multiple shared inboxes, and answering phones calls from techs and co-workers
