The Center at Park West is looking for a Scheduler/Central Supply Coordinator to join our team! The Coordinator is responsible for preparing schedules and maintaining appropriate staffing levels in the nursing departments on a 24-hour basis according to administrative requirements. These individuals are also responsible for central supply ordering for the Center. The selected individual for this position will receive a competitive salary and benefits.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares and maintains the schedule for the nursing department
- Works with leadership and management to plan, recruit and hire nursing staff when needed
- Calls in replacements in the event of an employee call-in or no-show
- Reports employees to Management who violate call-off/PTO policies; as well as reports inconsistencies, job vacancies and scheduling concerns are reported to management to address.
- Verifies employee work hours with the payroll department on a routine basis to ensure payroll is disbursed accurately and reporting errors as necessary
- Ensure all telephone orders are confirmed with a written purchase order.
- Ensure all purchase orders are properly prepared, signed and submitted as required in procurement policies and procedures.
- Assist in preparing correspondence and claims concerning damaged merchandise, errors in shipment, etc., and return to vendor as required.
- Assist in developing methods for determining quantity of supplies and equipment required
- Organize storage, issue and delivery of supplies and equipment in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Check invoices, purchase orders, packing slips, etc., with incoming merchandise.
- Ensure inventory is updated as required, when receiving/issuing supplies and equipment.
- Ensure storage instructions are followed.
