Ensures non-conformance and other quality performance reports are completed accurately and in a timely fashion.
Provides support to Process Owners to measure, document and track specific actual performance in the areas of quality, efficiency and customer service.
Enters data from contract field technicians in appropriate systems. Enters results from third-party laboratories into Quadrel.
Uses the Command system to retrieve ticket, batch, customer, and other information as required.
Assists Technical Support Manager and Technical Services Field Supervisor and Manager with Performance reporting and Special Projects.
Files reports, inspection results, lab certifications, general office duties, etc.
