Overview
Due to growth, we are adding a Fulfillment Specialist, Specialty Pharmacy to our team.
Under the general direction of the Technician Supervisor and the Pharmacist-in-Charge, the Fulfillment Specialist, Specialty Pharmacy is responsible for ensuring all scheduled orders are packaged appropriately and accurately according to company standards so that deliveries arrive to patients as expected. In addition to packaging, the Fulfillment Specialist is expected to receive, prepare, organize, and monitor shipping materials while keeping the Specialty Pharmacy’s storage area clean and organized.

Responsibilities
How do I make an impact on my team?
- Perform packaging and shipping duties based upon established protocols that take medication storage requirements and final shipping destination into account.
- Assist in the receipt and stocking of pharmaceuticals and supplies within the pharmacy.
- Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and the capacity to work overtime as required.
- Act in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws and with the highest ethical standards that we consistently strive to achieve. Thus, legal and ethical compliance is an essential duty of each employee.

Qualifications
What our team expects from you?
- High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
- 1 year of fulfillment support experience or equivalent work experience and knowledge preferred.
- Perform work tasks indoors where temperature is moderate and controlled.
- Capacity to stand for an extended duration on concrete floors and exert well-paced mobility.
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, push, pull, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment such as tape machines, tape dispensers, bubble wrap machines, and manual/electric pallet jack.
- Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
- Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with customers and other employees.
- Vision occurs continuously with the most common visual functions being those of near vision and depth perception.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance and dress in a manner appropriate in a professional environment.
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
- The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
