Job Description

This position will be at our Bear Creek Village property. The front Desk Clerk provides superior service to all residents and guests, responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and performing administrative tasks including but not limited to scheduling appointments, sorting mail, maintaining office supplies, filing and data entry. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations and resolves various front office issues and complaints.
