Job Description
The Government Endorsement Technician is responsible for reviewing file discrepancies, remitting all FHA Up Front Mortgage Insurance Premiums (FMIP), funding VA fee payments, and processing Case Number Transfers and Cancellations after review of FHA guidelines and internal policies. This role will communicate as needed with branch personnel to obtain necessary documentation and/or corrections to cure discrepancies detected during audit.
