Job Description
To coordinate and supervise protocol operations for the Bank, ensuring seamless travel arrangements, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of high-quality protocol services for Executives and staff. The role serves as a bridge between strategic direction from the Unit Head and operational execution by Protocol Officers.
The Team Lead, Protocol ensures efficient planning and execution of local and international travel, maintains critical relationships with embassies and regulatory agencies, and upholds service excellence at optimal cost. This aligns with broader business objectives of facilitating smooth staff movement and enhancing executive experience.
