Project Manager

What you’ll do:

• Lead end-to-end project management including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk assessment, and execution
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Quality, Procurement, Finance, etc.) to achieve project milestones.
• Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, including feasibility studies, pilot builds, validation, and production ramp-up.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and progress reports, ensuring transparency and effective communication with global stakeholders.
• Monitor project risks and issues, create mitigation plans, and drive timely resolutions.
• Coordinate equipment procurement and installation, ensuring readiness for mass production.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Communicate with customers or divisional business units regarding project expectations, deliverables, and change management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management or related majors; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in foreign-funded manufacturing enterprises. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production flow, and quality systems.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Lean/Six Sigma experience is a plus. Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project, Power BI, or equivalent software.
• Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation skills, good logical thinking and problem-solving abilityFluent in oral and written English, able to communicate effectively with foreign colleagues, customers and suppliers.
