Position Summary
This role is part of a small regionally aligned team that supports a subset of our Sales & Client Management Organization. The Enrollment Practice Leader role leads the front-to-back enrollment experience for our internal sales partners and external broker and employer stakeholders. They prioritize solutions that drive enrollment success and deliver exceptional client outcomes. This role is responsible for managing complex, high-impact cases, optimizing operational processes, and fostering strong relationships across internal teams and external partners. The position combines measurable performance accountability with leadership influence to shape future growth and innovation in the benefits enrollment space.

You have
Experience & Expertise
5+ years of experience in group benefits enrollment or related fields.
Proven success in managing high-volume and high-impact activities with measurable results.
Familiarity with enrollment strategies including 1x1s, Decision Support Engines, and digital Media
Leadership & Collaboration
Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and influence stakeholders across multiple teams.
Experience in mentoring team members.
Skilled in providing actionable feedback to leadership and shaping operational priorities.
Performance & Innovation
Track record of exceeding performance goals and driving client engagement.
Ability to identify process improvements and implement cost-effective solutions.
Comfortable serving as a subject matter expert and resource for internal peers and sales teams as well as external stakeholders

You will
Lead and manage the end-to-end group benefits enrollment process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Be the single point of contact representing Guardian Enrollment with our distribution partners, brokers and clients.
Gather case level details and execute on enrollment event deliverables.
Provide proactive status updates to stakeholders and manage any incoming inquiries from stakeholders.
Oversee high-impact and high-volume case management, driving measurable results and meeting performance goals.
Collaborate with sales teams and internal stakeholders to support execution and operational success.
Provide strategic feedback and recommendations to leadership to improve processes and enhance team effectiveness.
Mentor and support team members, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Identify and implement innovative, cost-effective solutions to streamline enrollment operations.
Reporting Relationships
As an Enrollment Practice Leader you will report to our Enrollment Strategy Leader, who reports to our Head of Enrollment.
Location
The primary location for this position is remote based on location representation needs within the team.
Travel
20% Travel required for this position
Salary Range:
$99,150.00 - $162,885.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
