
Finance Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a Finance Manager to join Saudi Bridge. This role will be responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, overseeing project financials, and laying the foundations of the finance department.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys building systems, working closely with leadership, and managing finance in a project-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end financial operations (invoicing, payments, expenses, collections)
Own project financial management, including budgeting and cost tracking
Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow summaries
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, banks, and consultants
Ensure financial compliance and proper documentation
Support contract financial terms and milestone-based payments
Build and document internal finance processes and controls
Support the gradual build-out of the finance department
4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Strong Excel and financial reporting skills
Experience with project-based financial management
Exposure to government or semi-government projects is a strong plus
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-paced environment
Willing to grow into a broader finance leadership role as the company scales
