About the role
We are looking for an exceptional role model to assist in managing the day to day operation of approx. 40 team members, You will be responsible for ensuring that all duties are carried out effectively and professionally whilst maintaining high levels of communication between all team and Managers across the resort.
Reporting to the Resort Safety Assistant Manager and ensuring the delivery of a safe and secure environment for both our guests and team whilst delivering exceptional customer service. You will support the wider team to ensure a high standard of guest and team care that will be delivered across the resort.

Key Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Security Leader that can support the team to deliver fantastic service, putting the guests first in everything you do. You will have experience in training and coaching the team in a fun-filled environment to deliver an excellence experience.
You should have a current SIA Door Supervisor License and experience in leading a team. A full UK Driving License is desirable
You should be confident to direct and respond in any situation whilst delivering consistent brand standards.

The ability to lead, motivate and engage your team, even at periods of high demand is important, as well as being able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
With strong leadership skills, you should be confident in inspiring your team to deliver amazing results for our teams and guests every day.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Essential
- SIA Door Supervisor License (Or equivalent)
- Strong team leadership and people management skills
- Strong understanding of safety and compliance
- Excellent guest service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proven Leadership experience in Security
Desirable
- Level 3 First Aid at Work
- Full UK Driving License
- Experience in holiday parks, resorts or high-volume venues
- Level 3 Security First Line Manager qualification
