We are seeking a Controller to strengthen our Finance team.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Monitor and analyze production plant costs and performance
• Identify, investigate, and report cost variances
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports
• Deliver ad hoc financial analyses to support decision-making
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data
• Collaborate closely with Accounting during closing and reporting activities
• Analyze and manage large datasets using MS Excel
• Partner with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and other departments to drive business performance

Profile and Qualifications:

• Fluent in Czech and proficient in English
• University/secondary school education in accounting, finance, economics or related field, also suitable for graduates.
• Previous experience in controlling, finance or accounting is an advantage.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• User knowledge of the ERP system SAP an advantage
• Analytical skills, diligence and attention to detail

Salary : 60 000 CZK/month
