What You’ll Do
- Translate business requirements into detailed specifications and participate in the high - level design and estimation process
- Design software solutions aligned with solution architecture and the technical roadmap
- Work closely with the development team to define functional specifications and required system changes (including non - functional requirements)
- Provide Tech Support and leadership in the event of incidents or service interruptions to ensure effective resolution
- Design intuitive solutions that add value for users
- Break down development items into small, beneficial increments for users
- Collaborate with the Software Product Owner (SPO) and key partners in a matrix structure
- Produce documentation for the user community (Release Notes, guides)
- Document designs within established timeframes
- Work with developers and quality assurance to ensure complete understanding of the design and alignment of development initiatives
- Support delivery teams (development and QA) to ensure quality deliverables
- Manage and mentor a team of quality assurance analysts, fostering their professional development, engagement, and retention
- Stabilize the team in transition and establish a culture of collaboration and excellence
- Navigate matrix structures and cross - functional partnerships to ensure alignment and collective success
What You Bring
Technical experience and skills:
- Degree in computer science, business analysis, administration, actuarial mathematics, or a related relevant field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis (or equivalent with expertise in complex system management)
- 5+ years of experience in team management, facilitation, or mentorship (ideally of analysts or similar roles)
- Bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written
- Experience with CRM solutions, pension/benefits systems, or other complex enterprise systems
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills and a great aptitude for understanding, systematizing, and simplifying technical concepts
- Ability to understand and use common IT technologies
- Continuous innovation mindset – you are curious, you explore how AI can create value, and you are capable of sharing constructive ideas with your leadership team
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
Assets:
- Previous experience in a SAFe environment or large - scale Agile methodologies
- Experience with digital transformations or modernization initiatives
- Knowledge of best practices in product management

Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will on a regular basis interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its international scope.
