Strategic Initiative Design & Roadmap Development:
Define and continuously refine the operations transformation strategy and roadmap aligned with business growth priorities.
Develop clear business problem statements, initiative scope, success metrics, and expected benefits.
Establish robust business cases and prioritize initiatives based on value, feasibility, and strategic importance.
End-to-End Transformation Execution:
Lead and drive end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives across functions, including requirements gathering, solution design, user acceptance testing, and implementation.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, Distribution, IT, Finance, Risk, and Compliance to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Ensure strong governance, tracking, and issue resolution to achieve desired business outcomes.
AI Enablement & Innovation Leadership:
Act as AI Champion within Life Operations to identify, prioritize, and implement high-impact AI use cases.
Partner with business and technology teams to pilot and scale AI-driven solutions, including automation, analytics, and decision support tools.
Drive awareness, adoption, and capability building to embed AI into business processes and enhance productivity.
Change Management:
Develop and implement structured change management strategies to drive adoption of transformation initiatives.
Engage stakeholders effectively, communicate changes clearly, and address resistance to ensure sustainable implementation.
Measure adoption and benefits realization to maximize long-term impact.
Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement:
Establish KPIs and tracking frameworks to monitor initiative performance and business impact.
Analyze data to generate insights, identify improvement opportunities, and continuously optimize operations.
Provide regular updates and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related discipline
15+ years of experience in operations transformation, process improvement, or business enablement
Strong expertise in operations transformation, process optimization, and digital enablement within life insurance
Proven track record in leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives
Solid understanding of AI technologies (e.g., automation, analytics, GenAI) and their business applications
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across business and technology teams
Experience in change management frameworks and adoption strategies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business case development capabilities
Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall); PMP / Lean Six Sigma is a plus
Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin is an advantage)
