The Boeing CompanyBCA Quality is seeking a Staff Analyst (level 4) to join the Quality Workforce Planning and Development in Everett, Washington.
The selected candidate will partner directly with BCA Quality Executive and Senior Leaders to assist in driving high-impact strategic initiatives, streamline decision-making, and enable the leadership team to operate at maximum effectiveness. This is an advanced role designed for a strategic analyst who thrives on cross-functional influence, high visibility, and rapid ownership of meaningful outcomes.

Position Responsibilities:
- Operating rhythm management, architecture and integration: Design and manage the operating rhythm to support business needs and priorities, which includes meeting cadence, look-ahead, reporting cycles, event engagement and communication channels.
- Manage operational cadence and administrative infrastructure (Staff, SAM, etc.)
- Proactively oversee alignment around business strategies and Quality Initiatives
- Develop and maintain strategic awareness of organization and drive intentional preparation with Director and Leadership Team
- Utilize 1:1s and drive-bys to check in on priorities or activities for the week
- Enabler: Increase knowledge of Quality and business processes
- Data analysis and insights: Provide timely data analysis and business insights to support the organization's decision-making processes
- Business performance oversight: Establish metrics requirements, track performance to plan, and provide regular updates on the status, trends, risks, and opportunities to the organization's leaders.
- Use working knowledge of business to help prep leaders for executive reviews
- Serve as a liaison for team with Business Operations across Quality
- How do we use it to run the business, understand the health of the business, and identify what can improve
- Approach dashboards, metrics, and digital transformation with deliberate curiosity to deepen understanding of Quality processes, activities, and status
- Analyze data from dashboards and help identify trends and areas of focus
- Communication, integration and collaboration: Ensure integration across programs/functions
- Coordinate, develop, and deploy organization-specific Communications (videos, websites, inSite, Cross Talks, Quality org communication, inter-program communication and alignment, etc.)
- Content and data standards: Establish content, data, on-boarding and presentation standards to ensure consistency and accuracy of information across the organization.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 7+ years of experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience in building & presenting plans/recommendations to executive leadership
- Experience collecting data, developing metrics, and conducting trend analysis
- Experience designing organizational management systems and operating rhythms
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 7+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience collaborating across multiple functions

- Proven ability to execute commitments
- Experience working with executive leadership, preparing reports with a high-level of visibility

Summary pay range: $104,550 - $115,620
