Job Description

We’re looking for someone who feels at home with people but also can’t ignore when something is inefficient, slow, or unnecessarily manual.

Someone who will sit in a room with colleagues, help them, talk to them, understand them… and then go back and think: “How do we make this smoother, faster, and less painful next time?”


What this role is

You’ll be part of a small HR team (Head of HR + Talent Manager), owning the operational side of people experience and continuously improving it. This is a mix of people presence + structured execution + system thinking.

What you’ll do

  • Full onboarding & offboarding experience (design, execution, improvement)

  • Active recruiting when needed, or supporting partially hiring process for project needs

  • Be available for people across the studio - questions, support, clarity, coordination

  • Help shape internal communication and culture

  • Support events, relocation, and day-to-day people situations

  • Take repetitive tasks and actively improve them - simplify, automate, or remove them entirely

What we’re looking for

  • Naturally comfortable around people - present, friendly, and approachable

  • Curious about how things work and how they can work better

  • Not afraid of operational detail, structure, or “boring” execution when needed

  • Interested in tools, systems, and smarter ways of working

  • Able to take ownership from start to finish (not just start things)

  • Calm, practical, and reliable - not overcomplicating things

  • Always thinking in improvements, not just tasks

What success looks like

  • People feel supported, informed, and taken care of

  • Onboarding feels clear, structured, and smooth

  • Offboarding is consistent and handled properly every time

  • HR operations don’t depend on memory or chaos

  • Repetitive work is reduced, improved, or automated

  • The way we work with people keeps getting simpler and better over time

Practical details

  • Possible Part-time or Full-time, depend on different factors :)

  • Studio presence expected - we believe people work better when they’re actually around people

  • Flexible scope depending on experience and strengths

  • High autonomy and trust - we care about outcomes, not micromanagement
