Job Description
- Offers warm and sincere welcome/farewell to all guests using a guest?s name, when possible, and making good eye contact.
- Takes orders for food and beverages.
- Bag?s food and beverages ensuring, and presentation standards are maintained.
- Assists in the preparation of orders, as required, performing tasks such as making fruit cups and sandwiches.
- Directs guest and team member complaints to supervisor in a pleasant and professional manner.
- Maintains cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
- Follows established safety and security policies and procedures including reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions immediately to a supervisor.
- Ensures uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional.
- Fosters a team environment by working collaboratively with co-workers.
- Displays initiative and ability to work with a minimum amount of supervision.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- Working knowledge of calculator, point system, and currency transactions.
- Aware of Safety and handwashing procedures.

- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.

- Skill in counting money and making correct change.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to communicate and follow directions effectively.

- Must demonstrate knowledge or ability to learn and retain menu information, including preparation and ingredients of all items.
- Must be reliable and dependable.
Special Requirements:
- Must possess and maintain a valid Arizona Driver's License;
- Must successfully complete a background check and drug testing.
- No experience for casual eateries, caf? will supply training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must either possess or obtain a valid Food Handler?s card.
- Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
