We are looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to join our Distribution Center team.

Job Responsibilities

• Enter and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinate and process inventory transfers between locations
• Complete and maintain weekly transfer reports
• Submit expense-related documentation to the appropriate department
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, data entry systems)
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Good math skills
• Previous experience in an office atmosphere, preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, preferred
• Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8 AM- 4:30 PM
