We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office, providing essential administrative support to various departments. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder when necessary
  • Support preparation of presentations and reports

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
